Our products are manufactured under a strict adherence to the BAXCELL Quality Control Program which commences from Product Design, Vendor Evaluation/Ratings, Material Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Inspection, Testing & Packaging etc.

Baxcell strongly believes in continuous improvement in all aspects of product & service.

Raw Material stages:
Baxcell fittings, valves & Instrument Accessories are manufactured from prime quality material. Material being the most important & essential factor for any product, we process our products from superior quality bar stock , closed grain forging & seamless pipes procured from vetted vendors, conforming for physical & chemical properties to ASTM / BS standard. Material Test Certificates are available upon request tested from NABL approved labs. Inventory of raw material is maintained at sufficient levels enabling shortest delivery time.

In Process Inspection:
Baxcell operators/QC engineers are trained & provided with precision & calibrated instruments/gauges to control quality of machining as per the quality procedure/checklist/plan & special customer requirement. Our components are cleaned with special cleaning media to ensure that they are free from any burrs or foreign particles.

Identification & Traceability:
Baxcell products can be easily identified & traced back from final product to the raw material stage with complete details of involvement (process, operators & machines)

Final Inspection Stage:
Baxcell fittings undergo pressure test like Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test. Any special tests such as Vacuum Test Vibration Test, Pressure Impulse Test or Temperature Cycling are also offered as optional. Baxcell valves undergo 100% seat & body pressure test like hydro test & pneumatic test.

As a standard rule, the assembled products are tested as per our well documented QCP i.e., the quality procedure/checklist/plan etc. However, Testing & Inspection is also carried out as per clients own approved QAP.
